Update to shipping status

Update to Shipping Status

Posted on

Dear tea lovers,

Please be noted that postal service is only available to 38 destinations (countries) at the moment. Shown as the chart below provided by Chunghwa (Taiwan) Post, and updated on October 1st, 2021.

You may notice that the shipping fee is charged separately and the pricing of our tea products is reduced either on the eBay store or on the web-store accordingly. The main reason is that the shipping cost is promoted by Taiwan Post due to the impact of the shortage of flights. We decide to use EMS until the pandemic ends so that each shipment is secured and fast. In some regions, there's one more option of regular shipping can be used. However, the delivery time is not guaranteed. We do hope we can switch the pricing to the previous free shipping after the pandemic ends.

The second reason is that the currency rate USD to NTD drops too much.

Meanwhile, you may notice that we increase the quantity for each listing item in order to justify the shipping fee on each pack of the item to the most average. The shipping fee is variable and adjustable according to the shipping fee rates announced non-periodically from Taiwan Post before COVID-19 ends.

Hopefully, the new pricing can be satisfied by tea lovers from different regions. Any customized orders are welcome if you're not happy with the quantity of listing items. Simply email us if you have any ideas for your customized order. Any more questions, please feel free to let us know.

Please spend some time enjoying your tea with the one(s) you love! We sincerely appreciate your long-term support.

Happy shopping at jLteaco. Stay safe.
