Resumption of Airmail Services to the USA from 1 October 2025 – Acceptance Limited to Non-commercial Gifts and books 1.In accordance with the United States Government's executive order and UPU International Bureau Circular No. 137 , Chunghwa Post confirms that the following items remain exempt from customs duties.
