Brewing tips:

The water used to steep this tea is suggested about 60-70 degrees Celsius in order to bring out the light honey taste. Use the ratio of 1g to 50cc. A steeping time of about 5 minutes is recommended with more or less time depending on the desired concentration. As a rough guide, the higher the temperature of the water or the greater the volumn of leaves used, the shorter the steeping time should be. The tea leaves should uncurl for full flavor. To reduce the steeping time at the 2nd infusion, and to increase the steeping time for the subsequent infusions.
